Perfect for Polycystic ovary syndrome! I was diagnosed this year and wanted to come off birth controls. These supplements have been great for naturally regulating my periods and reducing my cravings, alongside some other supplements. Excellent product!

Reduced cravings
I received this earlier than expected. I have been taking it for a week now, and one thing I’ve noticed is that it lessens my cravings. I have a sweet tooth and have been trying to control it due to my Polycystic ovary syndrome. I also tend to feel hungry when I started taking this, but now I only eat once a day and don’t feel any hunger at all. I don’t experience any discomfort even though I have acute gastritis. I can say this is a good food supplement.
